Feature request: NOBDE compiler option in Odac.inc, OraReg.pas.

BDE - totally deprecated in new (and most existing) projects, and this option, IMHO, are highly reasonable (to avoid unwanted .bpl dependencies)

We will investigate possibility to add this feature, but that is hardly to happen in the nearest future.
