DBF encoding

Hi,

I've wrote an import tool from dbase dbf files, evrything was ok, now suddenly wrong encoding on
international characters. I can't find anything in the documentation, what can i do?

The dbf's has no codepage setting (code page mark = 0) so there must be a system/user wide setting for
default?

If you install BDE, it overtakes the settings!
