Error in execution

Hi,
my version was 3.50.954 and upgrade to the latest version 3.60.1250, now always get the error:
Not the filename or 'Devart.Data.Universal assembly is found,
Version = 3.60.1250.2, Culture = neutral, PublicKeyToken = 09AF7300EEC23701 '
or one of its dependencies.

I manually copied the DLL and keeps sending the same error.
Please tell me why if you have made any changes in the implementation?

Today I renewed my license for dotConet Universal Mobile.

While they process the purchase, I have downloaded the trial version 3.80, but I still get the same error:

“An unexpected error has occurred in PLogin2022.exe.
Select Quit and then restart this program, or select Details for more information.
File or assembly name 'Devart.Data.Universal, Version=3.80.2563.2, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=09AF7300EEC23701', or one of its dependencies, was not found.”

Could it be that the test versions do not detect the DLLs copied to the folders?
As soon as the licensed purchased version is activated for me, I will write the results.

Hi.
The last tests carried out:

From version 3.60.1141 and earlier, the program executes completely but generates the connection error:
“ORA-28040”.

From version 3.60.1146 to version 3.80.2563 they generate the error:

“File or assembly name 'Devart.Data.Universal, Version=3.80.2563.2, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=09AF7300EEC23701', or one of its dependencies, was not found.”

When the installation of version 3.80.2563 completes, a warning is generated and the XML file has version 3.60.1146:

Failed to add data provider components to toolbox.
Use the ‘Customize Toolbox…’ dialog to add them manually.

The XML type file Devart.Data.Universal has internally this data:
