Hi - I'm using dotConnect for PostgreSQL (latest version) and Entity Developer integrated into VS 2013. The model was created from a database.
Associations that have multiplicity set to 1 (in the model) show up on the diagram as multiplicity 0..1.
Surely this is a bug?

We cannot reproduce the issue in our environment. Please send us a small test project for reproducing.
In case of >2MB attachment, we recommend either using some file exchange server (send us the corresponding link) or uploading a test project to our FTP server (the credentials will be provided by email request).
