can't load package dclvquery60.bpl

i install unidac version 6.3.13 in c++ builder 6, it works perfect,
but everytime i start bcb it show can't load package dclvquery60.bpl , cannot load package vquery60 it contains unit CRTypes, which is also contained in package dac60 how to fix this problem??
