Connection via SSH-Tunnel has limited data transfer capacity before timeout

We connect to a remote MySQL database via SSH using MyDac- and SecureBridge-Components. There is a maximum amount of data (ca. 90 KB) we can transfer, then the connection will time out. It does not matter if that data is transferred all in a single query or bit by bit in multiple queries. These queries work well using other tools or a local database without SSH-Tunnel. Any ideas, what is going wrong?

With the new SecureBridge release 7.1.2 the problem is gone.
