Documentation needs updated for version 7

Post by corneliusd » Sun 19 Jun 2016 07:25

The upgrade to SB 7 from version 6 caught me stumbling around a bit trying to figure out how to get my applications to compile. For example, the TScSymmetricAlgorithm type is now declared in ScUtils but the help file still says it's in ScSSHUtil (which no longer exists, or has been renamed to ScSSHUtils).

Without the source code, I can't go looking for the declaration. Fortunately, this type was used in a demo program and so was able to compare what units it was in and narrowed it down.

I looked for an upgrade guide or some detailed changes I should make if I'm upgrading, but did not find any such document. I hope this is the only thing I run into.

Otherwise, thanks for continued progress and updates with new algorithms for this product.

David.
