Cannot find OLE DB providers: Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0

Post by Alan Cossey » Wed 25 Nov 2015 13:00

I am trying to import some Microsoft Access tables from a .accdb file, but I get the above error message. I have tried installing the Microsoft Access database engine 2010 and the Microsoft Access database engine 2007, but no joy. I keep getting the above error message.

If I set up an ODBC DSN and try using that I get "ERROR [IM014]] [ ODBC Driver Manager] The specified DSN contains an architecture mismatch between the Driver and Application

How do I import Access tables, please?

In case you are running dbForge Studio for MySQL on a 64-bit Windows operating system, you need to install a 64-bit version of Access Database Engine rather than a 32-bit version http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download ... x?id=13255
