Hi - I purchased Studio for both SQL and MySQL. I got 2 emails for the downloads. The email provided me with a username and password, however when I login, it is providing me with software that says it is expired from 2013. I purchased these 2 licenses on the 19th of October.
I really have an immediate use for this software and would like to have the comfort of knowing that I am not relying on trial software. Can you please send me a link to the full downloads for what I purchased? I contact support, however I only get one response per day as I believe your support is on another continent and the time differences are huge. I am located in the United States. I'd really like to download these 2 pieces of software today if possible.
