Highlight occurence not working in SQLComplete v5.0

Since the last version of SQLComplete the Higlight occurence option does not work anymore. Other occurences are not hoghtlighted It is even so that the selection made is also no longer higlighted. Just a thin line around the word is visible. So I can hardly see the word I selected. This thin line does not appear at the other occurences.
When I disable the option the selection keeps its selected backgroud color.
The background color also stays visible when the option is turned on but I select more than one word.

Could you please provide us a screenshot displaying this issue along with the system information generated by clicking the 'Send Info' button in the 'System Info Report Contents' window invoked by selecting 'SQL Complete -> About...' from the main menu of SSMS and then clicking the 'View System Info' button in the dialog?
