Hello,

Have you tried to reinstall UniDAC with administrator rights?

Please clarify, have you installed EntityDAC? If yes, check the file existence: D:\Tools\EntityDAC\Uninstall\EntityDACReg.exe

No, it has been uninstalled a while back.
The only other Devart product installed is a trial of dbForge.

The registry may contain entries of EntityDAC. When installing/removing DAC products, the installer attempts to install/remove the corresponding data provider if it detects entries of EntityDAC. Find and delete all the branches named EntityDAC and install UniDAC once again.
