SQL Complete and multi logins

Post by TStafford » Fri 30 May 2014 14:28

I installed the trial version of SQL Complete and the trial version ran out before I got the license keys. I then uninstalled it. I installed it again when I got the email with the login where I could download the full version.
I installed it logged in as my primary AD account and SSMS there works fine. When I open a 2nd SSMS as a different user I have no intellisense - native or SQL Complete. I tried installing logged in as that user and that did not help.
I am guessing I am missing some registery entries or some DLLs or both. What can I do to resolve?

Could you please describe the steps to reproduce this issue step by step and let us know what operating system you are using? Please also let us know what permissions the users have and in what way you are starting SSMS.

You can send a reply straight to our support system at supportATdevartDOTcom, so we will keep further correspondence with you on this issue via e-mail.
