Hello,
On my machine I only installed Visual Studio 2012.
If I install DevArt (v7.9.322) and unselect Visual Studio 2010 integration the DevartEntityDeploy doesn't work. Only when I select Visual Studio 2010 the resources (csdl, msl, ssdl) are embedded correctly, although I don't have Visual Studio 2010 installed.
DevartEntityDeploy needs VS.NET 2010 integration install for VS.NET 2012
Re: DevartEntityDeploy needs VS.NET 2010 integration install for VS.NET 2012
During the installation process, Visual Studio integration is available only in case when the corresponding Visual Studio is installed on the computer.
Thus, please specify the following information:
- edition of Visual Studio 2012;
- whether there have been Visual Studio 2010 previously installed on your computer;
- whether all folders/registry branches have been removed after uninstalling Visual Studio 2010 (whether the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 10.0 is missing, etc.)?
- what do you mean when saying "DevartEntityDeploy doesn't work" - whether you are getting any errors, etc.;
- describe the steps you are performing so that we are able to reproduce this issue.
