SQL Complete: non-installer (xcopy) install?

I do not have local admin on my work pc (boo) and IT can take a few weeks to install what they deem as non-critical software.

Users are unable to install software, so I was curious if you had an option (zip file or whatever) where I would be able to place files manually?

Unfortunately, we don't have any workaround for this.
