It is impossible to buy anything there, since you need to register your email, and of course, I never get my confirmation. My email is an *.edu. Can you please check?

I bought my license through a reseller. They sent me the installer but no serial number. I am trying upgrade but my email is not registered and it fails. I opened a trouble ticket this morning with componentsource but they have not responded. I tried to send your company a message, but the message fails because I need serial number.

How I make this right?
