Strange characters in dbmonitor and field properties

Hi,

I'am using latest odac.
If I create a simple app and try to follow queries with db monitor I just can see square characters. Also see DefaultExpression value in the field editor.

Using Delphi XE with XP.
Oracle 8

Thank you for your information.

We have already met with the issue of displaying symbols in SQL monitor and have already fixed this problem; the fix will be included in the next version.

However, we were not able to reproduce the issue with “square characters” in the DefaultExpression property. Please email the script for table creation and a small application, illustrating the problem, to alexp*devart*com
