License Transfer

I've sent email to sales, but have not received a response, so I though I'd throw this up here for any DevArt employees:

I recently bought a 4-developer license for LinqConnect Pro. Turns out, I want to use all of the new Entity Framework stuff and only with PostgreSQL. I would like to transfer my license to a 4-dev dotConnect for PostgreSQL Pro license. It's $100 cheaper, but I wouldn't expect a refund.

Is that possible?
