I have been trying for more than ten days to get tech support to fix the error whereby my username and password are not recognized when I attempt to download the newest version. Although the advice to delete my database and download the new version was given, this concerns me as it is at best a kluge that attempts to sidestep my problem rather than fixing it and at worse might lead to the loss of data. Since then my attempt to get help with this problem have been ignored.
I have been a user of dbForge for MySQL since the early days of 3 and I am very, extremely, disappointed in the lack of support I have been given.
