ODAC Delphi 2007 unicode-problem

Hi, I use ODAC 6.25 on Vista with Delphi 2007 OCI and Direct mode Oracle 10g.
Programs are running fine.

Under XP and ODAC 6.90 same Program changes automaticly to useUnicode = true. This causes the error "String expected, wideString received".
There is no unicode-database.
useOci7 = true is running but can`t work with blobs.

What is to do?
