procedure CreateAndFillParamAccs already called

Just saw this assertion on one of the client's PC's which use 4.70.0.48
procedure CreateAndFillParamAccs already called (C:\Program Files (x86)\CodeGear\Addons\SDAC\Source\OLEDBAccess.pas, line 5821)
version and SQL CE 3.5. What could cause this bug? What should I search for in my code? I can't simply reproduce it

Please give a more detailed description when this error occurs. Is there any exception raised before this error occurs?
Also specify SDAC edition that you use.
