Ordering question

I have been trying to order a new ODAC Professional single license [#133540] through our ITG department. They are being told it is included with the database software. I'm not exactly sure what database software they are referring too but can you verify ordering information for the above component. Or better yet, is there a way i can get a formal quote sent to my email for the above product compatible with C++ builder 2007.
