zlib.pas file for d2007

This is frustrating... haven't used your components for 6 months, now my application using your components won't compile. zlib.pas has problem and memUtils.pas won't compile.

please advise how i can get your components to reference the right zlib.

I followed the instructions to delete everything, delete from registry, etc and reinstall, which i did... same problem.

must be a better way than that.

please advise....

Please make sure that you do not have any third-party libraries that contain zlib unit. You should use the $(DELPHI)\Lib\zlib unit, which is supplied with Delphi.

Well, i found a fix....
I searched for Zlib (whole word) to see where other Zlib.pas files were.
I found one in IPRO
Renamed it and compiled my application successfully.

I haven't tried any IPRO stuff yet but this was more important.

Anyway, reinstalling your components was a pain and not necessary.
