setup misbehaving

I'm evaluating last release, and so far is working well.
More test to come before my order

Only one small thing I've found is that setup program incorrectly puts two directories under c:\ directly, the two directories are "Include" and "Lib"

We cannot reproduce this problem. Maybe these directories were there already or were created by other program.

Maybe has something to do with fact that my locale is italian and in win xp "Program files" becomes "Programmi". Anyway I'm 100% sure it's your installer causing this problem. I can reproduce
