orasession about's wrong version number!

In orasession about tab, It show version number is 6.70.0.45,
but the real version is 6.70.0.44!

We have fixed the bug in ODAC source. So the next build will show the correct version number.

If you don't do anything, it will automaticly have the right version :lol:
