Problem with setup mydac520d7pro.exe

hallo,
I'm using delph 7.
On MyDAC installation I get a message "Setup has detected already installed DAC packages which are incompatible with current version."
I have allready uninstall the trialversion but it do not solve the problem.
what can I do (manually delete files and registry entries) ?

I have installed and uninstalled the trial once again.
