I have seen secondary Logon services, it is already start..may be i try to reinstall PG..thanks for your many suggestions.May you always happiness... i will try again again again..never give up..hahahaha.... thanks a lot

After I reinstall PostgreSQL.. everything work properly. error dont occurs again..thanks for all of your help..GBU ALL..
