Yes, the problem is indeed reproduced on the old UniDAC version 6.0.1. The error doesn't repeat in the latest version 6.0.2. You can download the trial version of UniDAC on our website http://www.devart.com/unidac/download.html and check it on your sample.

Ohhh, ok, but, the problem is that version 6.0.2 now fires an error "Datetime Type 40" and I have made no changes to the code...

Please describe the problem in more details and send us the complete sample demonstrating the case.
