I have been using Unidac with Lazarus quite succesfully. However please note that it will not work under Linux for MS SQL Server, which is unfortunate since it relies on OLEDB. I sincerely wish that the Devart team take their time to port this interface to FreeTDS instead.

Hello,

99Percent:
We will investigate the possibility of adding support of MS SQL for Linux, but that is hardly to happen in the nearest future.

dionic:
We plan to release the new build of UniDAC with Lazarus 0.9.30 support tomorrow.
