We have updated Delphi 2005 to Delphi 2006. We used Dbexpoda, but you recommend to use Dbexpoda30.

What is the difference between this versions?

dbexpoda30.dll have Unicode data support (with the EnableUnicode option set to True) and it corresponds to the behavior of dbExpress in Delphi 2006.
