Access violation in orageneric8.dll

With 3.00.3 dbexpress driver, i get access violation exception from orageneric8.dll.
Server: Oracle 8.1.7
Situation: Create ~50 thread and run select, insert, update with params from all thread.
I cannot (i have no time) create sample.
This is an application server, which server ~100 client. I replace back the db access to ADO, because, this buggy driver cause more and more problem to me. (as the previous bug too, what i found in this driver - which fixed in 3.00.3)
This new problem happend in 4 customers and hang up the complete system with ~100 client. This is totally unacceptable...
If will be a new version, i will try of course, but as i see it is high-risk to install my app with this driver...
