First run is fast but second is very slow

Sorry for my English. I'm brazilian.
Please, I use Delphi with TSQLQuery, TDataSetProvider, TClientDataSet and TDataSource.
When I open a form, I execute a SQL. It is fast. But I close the form (just the form, not the application) and reopen it, the SQL is very slow.

What is it happening??

If someone has this problem, please help me now.

Send us please small demo project to demonstrate the problem to DbxOda support address and include script to create server objects.
