DbxDevartOracleDriver170.bpl not installed in Delphi XE3 bin folder

dbxoda60.exe does not install DbxDevartOracleDriver170.bpl into the Delphi XE3 bin folder causing an error on Delphi startup and unavailability of the driver at design-time.

When installing the latest dbExpress driver for Oracle, all the necessary files (including DbxDevartOracleDriver170.bpl) are copied to the appropriate folders. Please try to reinstall the driver with the "force" option enabled.

dbxoda60.exe /force

In addition, to install the product, you need to have Power User or Administrator rights.
