Missing DBMonitorMessages.dcu

Trying to compile 4.50.20 units I receive "File not found: 'DBMonitorMessages.dcu" at DBMonitorClient.pas.

In the source archive I couldn't find the required file.

We have added DBMonitorMessages.pas to the archive. Please download the DbxOda sources again.
