Can't use "Lead" and "Lag" function in dbOra

When we use Dephi 7 and dbExrpess driver for Oracle + Oracle 9i
(License Number : CRDBO-01347) , we can't use Lead/Lag function of P/L SQL, it will show some error message about midas.dll. Is it a bug ?

We could not reproduce the problem. Please send to support*devart*com a complete small sample that demonstrates the problem, including the script for creating database objects.
