I have a StoredProcedure in a Oracle DataBase and I would like to call it from a Execute or executeDirect method of SqlConnection component.

Is that possible?

SQLConnection.Execute('EXECUTE INSCLIENTE_CLI('2418','Test','Test',null,'O',null,null,null,null,null,null,null,null,null,null,null,null,null,null,null,null,'A')');

You should use PL/SQL block to execute a procedure. For example:

SQLConnection.Execute('BEGIN MyProc(1, 2); END;');
