How to download older versions ?

My application shows an error that previosly never showed.
I've recently upgraded to dbExpress driver for Oralce v. 4.20.8 and I
think this maybe the problem.
Unluckly I didn't kept the old version to make a test and I can't find
where I can download it.
I need version 4.20.6, how can i get it ?
