Cannot load oci dll: oracel client 10.2.0 64bit Win 2003 server

oracle client 10.2.0 on 64bit Windows 2003 Server. Oracle cliente run well. we need acces by dbexpoda. On this system also BDE not run's

You should install the 32-bit Oracle client for using with DbxOda.
