Refresh clears data

Dear Sirs.
When I use Refresh method on VirtualTable it clears all data. It works the same form DBNavigator (last button) as from code.
It does not matter if I load data in runtime or design time as well if i change properties of Options: voPersistentData, or voStored.
Is it a bug or a feature? How to fix this behaviour?
Win XP SP2, Turbo Delphi 2006 Pro, VT version 6.80.0.51.
