They are perhaps willing to make an annoucement the day Delphi 2007 will be shipping ? or they are finalizing the product (I rather prefer to wait a little bit longer and get an as much as possible bug free software)

There have been a number of inquiries along these lines, and I would like to clarify the situation with the release of the new DAC products.

Our goal when releasing any final product version is to provide an optimally stable product to our users, which includes supporting the latest IDEs.

The upcoming release of Delphi 2007 for Win32 is a very important event in the Delphi developer community, and we had been waiting on the release of Delphi 2007 to ensure maximal compatibility with the new IDE.

To meet user demand, we will push this release forward (after, yes, quietly pushing it backward), and make it available next week.

It should be noted that this "compatibility assertion time" has not been spent in vain for the product in general, and has been beneficial for overall product stability and development.

ok you are rigth..
