MyDAC 5.0 upgrade policy

Hi,
As i understand MyDAC 5.0 is about to released (!!!!).
What is the upgrade policy ? can i get free upgrade if i bought Mydac 4 6 weeks ago ?

We offer free major upgrade for users who purchase MyDAC within grace period (2 months before a final release)
