Error Editing Memo Data in Delphi 7 - Error: AddRefStr failed

I have installed Mydac 4.40.23 for Delphi 7 and am running Delphi 7 Build 8.1 with MySQL Server 4.1.13a

When trying to edit a record, containing a memofiled I get the following Error-Message: AddRefStr failed (D:\Projects\Delphi\Dac\Source\Memdata.ps, lind 6576)

What am I doing wrong?

I tried to reproduce this problem using the Text demo of MyDAC, but with no success. Please try to modify this demo so that the problem is reproduced and send it to me at evgeniyD*crlab*com to demonstrate it.
