Rio installer not available in latest release?

The new version of 9.3.8 26-Nov-18 with RAD Studio 10.3 Rio is supported is not available as a download?
I tried the Tokyo version but it cannot find Tokyo installed, when will a Rio installer version be available?

The new MyDAC with a compatible with RAD 10.3 Rio are available for download now.
