Boa tarde.
Estou postando mensagens em fóruns e me comunicando com a Embarcadero do Brasil há mais de uma semana, mas ninguém conseguiu me ajudar até agora.
A própria Embarcadero do Brasil me sugeriu a entrar em contato com a Devart para tentar resolver.
Fiz reparo do sistema com a ferramenta SFC /SCANNOW, copiei e colei as DLLs "libmysql.dll" e tantas outras para as pastas System32 e SysWOW64, pra dentro das pastas do projeto, pra dentro da pasta bin de versões diferentes do RAD Studio e nada.
Fiz uma assinatura no DLL-files.com e nem eles conseguiram me ajudar.
Tentei registrar as DLL com os regsvr32 de 32 e 64 bits, mesmo sem ser tão importante e sem sucesso.
Sempre dá erro de que o driver não foi inciado corretamente ou outros.

MyDAC components do not use dbExpress technology to access MySQl server. Perhaps you meant our other product, Devart dbExpress Driver for MySQL, which is used to access MySQL server using dbExpress technologies: http://www.devart.com/dbx/mysql
RAD Studio 10.2 Tokyo was supported in the version 6.9.13 of 18-Apr-17. Please download the version 6.9.13 from our site and run the installation file. After that, check whether the bug will be reproduced on our Query demo sample.
You can find the demo project in the %DBXMySQLDemos%\Win32\Query directory where %DBXMySQLDemos% is the dbExpress driver for MySQL Demo projects installation path on your computer.
The path to dbExpress Driver for MySQL Demo projects is set during installation at the "Select Destination Location" step of the dbExpress Driver for MySQL installation wizard.
