I am trying to connect to the Azure DB mysql with Uniconnection and it throws me the error:
No argument for format 'Can not create UNIX socket (% d)'.
With Sql Workbench it connects to the same parameters.
The Azure MySql version is 5.7

We have not tested UniDAC for compatibility with DB Azure MySql 5.7. We will test this compatibility and inform you about the result.

I have researched and azure DB MySql uses SSL security.

We added support for Azure Database for MySQL in MyDAC. This support will be included in the next MyDAC build.
