Hello.
MyDAC cannot work with Google Cloud SQL, since for connection, Google Cloud SQL uses its own connection protocol, that is different from the standard MySQL connection protocol.

What are the other cloud services which uses their own protocol? Is there any alternative method in order to get connected with them?

For information on ways of connecting to cloud servers, please refer to websites of specific services' vendors. You can also find ODBC drivers to work with particular cloud servers and use them together with our UniDAC product (
http://www.devart.com/unidac/ ) that allows working with ODBC drivers.

Amazing utility by devart team..It is really favorable and remarkable to..I have checked all my settings and try to connect it with cloud services..and luckily it works..
