I am running D XE2 and the components won't load. Something is looking for fmx161.bpl. My bin folders have fmx160.bpl.

It *was* working when I was running the D XE2 trial version. The fail started after I purchased D XE2 pro, uninstalled the trial and then installed the latest download of D XE2 pro.

After working with other packages and alternatives for MySQL connectivity, I REALLY want to use MyDAC. What do I need to do?

I finally got it working. I uninstalled everything, reinstalled DXE2, applied Update 3, then reinstalled MyDAC. Everything's looking ok so far.

This error occured because you had RAD Studio XE2 without Update 2. The latest MyDAC version requires RAD Studio XE2 Update 2. You can find a note about this in the MyDAC revision history (the History.html file) and at our website at http://www.devart.com/mydac/compatibility.html
