Access to supcription updates

Hi,

I purchased MyDac Pro last year (September), at the time of purchase version 5.90 was available.

I am now upgrading an old project to Delphi XE (perhaps XE 2 at a later date), I require MyDac 6.00 (at the least), this version (and 6.10) would fall within my one year subscription but how do I access these updates (the User Name I have for http://secure.devart.com/ corresponds to MyDac 5.70)?

I am aware that if I migrate to XE2 I'll need to renew my subscription as this update falls out of my one year subscription (by 5 days (lol), completely understandable), for now I require 6.x.

What are the benefits of the MyDAC Subscription Program?

When you buy MyDAC you receive a registration mail where you can find a link, username and password for Registered Users' Area ( http://secure.devart.com ). If there is no link in Registered Users' Area to download MyDAC 6.00.0.1 (or higher), it means that your subscription is expired and you need to renew it. You can renew your subscription here (on the Renewals & Upgrades tab, in the Subscription Renewals section): http://www.devart.com/mydac/ordering.html . After subscription renewal you will be able to download MyDAC 6.00.0.1 (and higher) from Registered Users' Area.

As I said previously:

• My User Name (which I presume is generic) corresponds to MyDac 5.70.
• The email clearly states that I have a one year MyDAC subscription.
• No where does it state in the email (or on the site) that upgrades are only for one major version cycle (i.e. You are excluded from updates from 5.x to 6.x).

All I would like to know is how to get the updates that I'm entitled to during my one year subscription period.
