In order to upgrade from preceeding version to the new nov 25 version I have to uninstall before?

Yes, you should uninstall the old version before a new version installation.

Hmm.
Each time I have upgraded to a new version I've just run the .exe program, and answered yes to all questions. Is that wrong? It seems to work.

At the most case, it is so. But sometimes, on installing, for example, to different folders some difficulties can happen.
