I have Win 7 64-bit
I have Delphi 2007 with
DBForge for Delphi 2007
MyDACPro59 for Delphi 2007

I have Delphi 2010 with
DBForge for Delphi 2010

I am trying to install MyDACPro59 for delphi 2010 but i keep getting the following error message:
«Setup has detected already installed DAC packages which are incompatible with current version.Please ininstall DAC products.»

Well, I began by uninstalling MyDAC Trial for delphi 2010: I still get the error message.
Then I uninstalled DBForge for Delphi 2010: I still get the error message.
Then I uninstalled DBForge for Delphi 2007: I still get the error message.
Then I uninstalled MyDACPro59 for Delphi 2007: I still get the error message.

I've deleted all the keys I could find in the registry that are under «Devart»: I still get the error message.
I've deleted all folders that were namde »Devart»: I still get the error message.

I need this MyDACPro59 working in Delphi 2010 to work. I'm on a very tight schedule to optimize the code.

I've emailed Dvart, but received no answer.

Can anyone help?

Please find all *dac*.bpl on your PC and delete them. After this reinstall the MyDAC build.

Just tried that. deleted anything I could find. Still get the error message.

***************UPDATE**************
I previously searched the C:/ drive and deleted all *dac*.bpl files that I found. But I still got the error message. I did a new search to include just the C:/windows directory and found an additional dac140.bpl file in the SysWOW64 directory. I deleted that file and now I don't get the error message anymore.

Problem solved!!!!!!!!!!!!
