LocateEx's lxNearest problem

I am using MyDAC version 3.55.022, the LocateEx with flag lxNearest does not work to its expectaion. I have tested it with very simple table and key. Please advise. Thanks

Please specify for what type of the filed you try to execute LocateEx and also specify a line with LocateEx call.
